[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 17 March - issued 2325UT/16-Mar-2022 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected on UT day 17 Mar. The
solar wind is expected to remain light until a slight increase late 17
Mar or early 18 Mar if a CME grazes Earth. Geomagnetic conditions are
expected to remain at quiet to unsettled levels. Short-wave radio
fadeouts are possible. High-frequency radio communications are
expected to remain normal.
