Solar activity is expected to be low, with a chance for isolated low
level M class (ASWAS R1) flares. Solar wind speed is expected to be
light. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be unsettled.
High-frequency radio communications mostly normal. Slight chance of an
isolated fadeout.
