[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 08 March - issued 2316UT/07-Mar-2022

Solar activity is expected to be low with a slight chance of moderate
activity on UT day 08 Mar. Solar wind speed is expected to be moderate
with a declining trend as coronal hole wind stream influences decline.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet to unsettled.
High-frequency radio communications should be mostly normal. There is
a slight chance for an isolated minor shortwave fadeout on daylight HF
circuits.
