Solar activity is expected to be low with possible moderate activity
on UT day 04 Mar. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate due
mild coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be
quiet to unsettled. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are
expected with a small chance of short-wave fadeouts.
