Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level on UT day 31-Jul. The
solar wind is expected to be light, but may increase from 02-Aug due
to a coronal hole. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio
propagation conditions are expected to be normal to mildly degraded.
