[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 13 July - issued 2326UT/12-Jul-2022 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on UT day 13-Jul,
with a chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate,
possibly gradually decreasing to background levels. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected, with a slight chance of mildly disturbed to
G1 conditions over 13-Jul. HF radio propagation conditions are
expected to be mostly normal to mildly degraded at middle to high
latitudes. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
