[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 22 January - issued 2332UT/21-Jan-2022

Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 22 January
with a slight chance of moderate activity (M flares). The solar wind
speed is expected to be moderate. Geomagnetic conditions are expected
to be quiet to active with the possible arrival of a coronal mass
ejection (CME). Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected.
