[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 17 January - issued 2344UT/16-Jan-2022

Low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 17 Jan, with a chance
of moderate activity. Minor coronal mass ejection effects possible
from a 14 Jan solar filament liftoff. Minor coronal hole effects are
in progress, with strong solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions are at
unsettled levels with active or isolated minor storm periods possible
for 17 Jan. Short-wave radio fadeouts are possible. Periods of
degraded high-frequency radio communications are possible. A chance of
aurora sightings from southern Australian regions.
