Low solar flare activity is expected for 9-Jan. Moderate to strong
solar wind speeds, due to coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions
unsettled to active with possible minor storm periods. High-frequency
radio communications should be mostly normal with some high-latitude
depressions possible. Auroras may be visible from Tasmania on the
local night of 09 Jan.
