[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 28 February - issued 2313UT/27-Feb-2022

Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 28 February, with a
chance of C-class flares. The solar wind speed is expected to remain
at mildly elevated levels due to patchy equatorial coronal holes
effect. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at quiet to
unsettled levels with a chance of active periods. Mostly normal HF
propagation conditions are expected for today.
