[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 26 February - issued 2322UT/25-Feb-2022

Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 26 February, with a
chance of C-class flares. The solar wind speed is expected to be near
nominal levels for most parts of the UT day. Geomagnetic conditions
are expected to be quiet with a chance of isolated unsettled periods.
Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected for today.
