[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 21 February - issued 2321UT/20-Feb-2022

Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected for UT day 21 Feb.
Minor coronal hole effects are in progress, with the solar wind
moderate to strong. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at
unsettled to active levels on 21 Feb. Short-wave radio fadeouts are
possible. Otherwise, high-frequency radio communications are expected
to be mostly normal with some degraded conditions possible at high
latitudes.
