Low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 18 February, with a
chance of C class flares. The solar wind speed is expected to be near
its nominal levels, today. The geomagnetic field is expected to be
quiet, with a chance of isolated unsettled periods. High-frequency
radio communications are expected to be normal. Shortwave fadeouts are
unlikely.
