[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 10 February - issued 2321UT/09-Feb-2022

Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected on UT day 10-Feb.
Minor coronal mass ejection effects are in progress. The solar wind
speed is moderate. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to reach active
to minor storm levels on 10-Feb. Short-wave radio fadeouts are
possible. High-frequency radio communications are normal with some
enhanced maximum useable frequencies. Aurora sightings are possible
during local nighttime 10-Feb from southern Australian regions.
