[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 07 February - issued 2332UT/06-Feb-2022

Solar activity is expected to be low to moderate on UT day 07
February. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong
due to mild coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions are expected
to be quiet to unsettled. HF conditions are expected to be mostly
normal. There is a chance of shortwave fadeouts on daylight HF
circuits.
