Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level on UT day 15-Aug,
with a chance of R1. The solar wind speed is expected to be strong to
moderate, with a declining trend. G0 geomagnetic conditions are
expected. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be normal.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible. G1 geomagnetic conditions, with a
chance of G2 are expected on UT day 17-Aug due to the expected arrival
of CMEs first observed on 13-Aug and 14-Aug combined with the effects
of an equatorial coronal hole high speed wind stream.
