Solar flare activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels, with a slight
chance for an isolated R2 event, on UT day 27 Apr. The solar wind
speed is expected to gradually decline towards background levels. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. High-frequency radio
communications are expected to be normal to slightly enhanced although
there is the possibility of short-wave radio fadeouts.
