Solar flare activity is expected to be at R1-R3 (minor to strong)
levels on UT day 22-Apr, with moderate to strong solar wind. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. Short-wave radio fadeouts are
likely. High-frequency radio communications should be mostly normal
with isolated degraded conditions at high latitudes.
