[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 04 April - issued 2348UT/03-Apr-2022 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Solar activity is expected to be at R1-R2 level for today 05 April,
with a chance of R3 level (isolated X flares). The solar wind speed is
expected to remain at moderate levels due to possible arrival of 2
March CME and coronal hole impacts. Geomagnetic activity is expected
to be at G0-G1 level. MUFs are expected to be near monthly predicted
levels today. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
