[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 30 September - issued 0713UT/30-Sep-2021

Solar activity is likely to be low on UT day 30 September with a
possibility (15%) chance of moderate activity (M flares). The solar
wind speed is likely to be light but may become moderate to strong
late in the day if the 28 September CME arrives earlier than expected.
Geomagnetic conditions are likely to be quiet to unsettled but active
conditions are possible later if the CME arrives. Normal HF
propagation conditions are likely with a possibility of short wave
fadeouts (radio blackouts).
