[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 18 September - issued 2356UT/17-Sep-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 18
September. The solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate as
CME effects subside and a weak coronal hole wind stream arrives.
Geomagnetic activity is expected to be quiet to active with a chance
of an isolated minor storm period. Normal to degraded HF propagation
conditions are expected. No Short Wave Fadeouts are expected.
