The solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 15 October,
with a chance of more C-class flares. The solar wind speed is expected
to remain near the background to mildly elevated levels today. The 12
October CME may cause a glancing blow on Earth today. Geomagnetic
activity is expected to be quiet with a chance of being unsettled to
active. HF propagation conditions are expected to trend towards normal
levels today. Shortwave fadeouts are unlikely.
