On UT day 09 October, the solar activity is likely to be low with a
slight chance of a low M-class flare. The solar wind speed is expected
to be mostly near its nominal levels, the geomagnetic conditions are
likely to be quiet with possible unsettled periods, and HF propagation
conditions are expected to be mostly normal.
