[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 04 October - issued 2306UT/03-Oct-2021

Solar activity is likely to be very low to low on UT day 4 October
with a remote chance of M-class flares. The solar wind speed is
expected to be mostly near its nominal level today, with a chance of
mild enhancements in response to possible arrival of the 30 September
CME. Geomagnetic conditions are likely to be quiet to unsettled, with
the chance of active periods. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions
are expected although there may be some mild MUF depressions at times.
There is a small chance of short-wave fadeouts (radio blackouts).
