[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 27 November - issued 2317UT/26-Nov-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 27 November
with a slight chance of an isolated M-class flare. The solar wind
speed is expected to be at moderately elevated levels due to coronal
hole effects and possible CME impacts. Geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be quiet to active with a chance of an isolated minor
storm period. HF propagation conditions are expected to be normal to
fair with a slight chance of a SWF.
