[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 24 November - issued 2230UT/23-Nov-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 24 November. The
solar wind speed is expected to decrease from strong levels down to
moderate levels due to fading coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be mostly quiet. HF propagation conditions
are expected to be mostly normal with some mild depressions. No
shortwave fadeouts are expected.
