Solar activity is expected to be very low with a low chance of C-class
flares on UT day, 20 November. The solar wind speed is expected to be
light, possibly becoming moderate late in the period due to coronal
hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet. If the
coronal hole wind stream arrives, active with possible minor storm
periods are expected later. MUFs are expected to be moderately
depressed in the southern hemisphere and near normal in the northern
hemisphere. No shortwave fadeouts are expected.
