[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 13 November - issued 2327UT/12-Nov-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low with a slight chance of
C-class flares on UT day 13 November. The solar wind speed is expected
to be near its background levels. Geomagnetic conditions are expected
to be mostly quiet. Unsettled periods may be observed due to weak
coronal hole effects. Mildly to moderately depressed MUFs may be
observed mostly during local day. No shortwave fadeouts.
