Solar activity is expected to be very low to Low on UT day 10
November. The solar wind speed is expected to be near background
levels. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet with
possible isolated unsettled periods. Mildly degraded HF communication
conditions with no shortwave fadeouts.
