Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 07 November. The solar
wind speed is likely to at moderate level and gradually decline over
the day as the recent CME effects begin to wane. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be quiet to unsettled with possible
isolated active periods. Mildly to moderately depressed MUFs are
likely. Shortwave fadeouts may be possible today.
