[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 05 November - issued 2032UT/04-Nov-2021

Solar activity has been low on UT day 04 November and is expected to
be very low to low for the remainder of the day. The solar wind speed
has been very strong due to a number of CME arrivals since late 03
November. Geomagnetic activity has been at active to severe storm
levels but is subsiding. Moderately degraded HF propagation conditions
have been observed. Shortwave fadeouts are not expected.
