Solar activity is expected to be low to moderate on UT day 03
November. The solar wind speed is very strong and is likely to be
strong to very strong. Global geomagnetic activity is expected to be
quiet to unsettled with possible isolated active periods. Normal to
fair HF conditions are expected with a chance of a minor isolated
short-wave fadeouts in daylight regions.
