Very low solar activity is forecast for UT day 29 March. Light solar
wind speeds, increasing to moderate are likely due to coronal hole
effects. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet to active;
there is a slight chance of an isolated minor storm period. Mostly
normal HF propagation conditions are predicted. No short wave fadeouts
expected.
