Solar activity is expected to be low with a small chance of an M-class
flare on UT day 7 July. The solar wind speed is expected to be near
its background levels. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet
to unsettled. Normal HF propagation conditions are expected with a
small chance of short wave fadeouts.
