Very low solar activity is predicted for UT day 12 January. The solar
wind speed is expected to remain moderately enhanced due to a CME.
Geomagnetic conditions should be quiet to unsettled with possible
isolated active periods. HF propagation conditions should be normal to
fair with mildly to moderately depressed MUFs; no short-wave fadeouts
are expected.
