[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 28 February - issued 2331UT/27-Feb-2021

Low solar activity is expected on UT day 28 February with a chance of
C-class flares and isolated chance of a M-class flare due to the
flaring potential of active region 2804. The solar wind speed is
expected to be mostly at its background level and quiet geomagnetic
conditions are expected for today. HF propagation conditions should be
normal, with a remote chance of a short-wave fadeout.
