[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 24 February - issued 2332UT/23-Feb-2021

Very low to low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 24
February. The solar wind speed is expected to be at moderate to strong
levels if the 20 February CME arrives, otherwise solar wind speeds
should be moderate to light. Quiet to unsettled geomagnetic conditions
are expected at first with active to minor storm conditions possible
if the CME impacts. HF conditions should be normal to fair. No
short-wave fadeouts are expected. Auroral sightings are possible
during local night from Tasmania if the CME impacts.
