[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 23 February - issued 2353UT/22-Feb-2021

Very low to low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 23
February. The solar wind speed is expected to become strong with the
arrival of a CME today. Quiet to unsettled geomagnetic conditions are
expected at first. Active to minor storm conditions are expected once
the CME impacts. HF conditions should be normal then become fair to
poor. No short-wave fadeouts are expected. Auroral sightings are
possible during local night from Tasmania.
