[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 21 February - issued 2327UT/20-Feb-2021

Very low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 21 February. The
earth is currently under the influence of moderately elevated solar
wind speed associated with a Southern Polar coronal hole. Elevated
solar wind conditions are expected to persist today. Unsettled to
active geomagnetic conditions are expected for today, with possible
minor storm periods. High-frequency radio communications are expected
to be normal to fair. No short-wave fadeouts are expected.
