[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 20 February - issued 2336UT/19-Feb-2021

Very low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 20 February. The
solar wind speed is expected to be mostly elevated due to coronal hole
effects. Active geomagnetic conditions are expected with possible
minor storm periods. High-frequency radio communications are expected
to be normal to fair. No short-wave fadeouts are expected.
