[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 26 December - issued 2223UT/25-Dec-2021

Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 26 December with a
possibility of moderate activity (M flares). The solar wind speed is
expected to be near background to slightly enhanced levels today.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet to unsettled. Normal
HF propagation conditions are expected with a possibility of short
wave fadeouts.
