[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 01 December - issued 0316UT/01-Dec-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 01
December. The solar wind speed is expected to increase to moderate
levels due to coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be quiet to minor storm levels. Auroras may be visible
from Tasmania during local night. Normal to mildly degraded HF
propagation conditions are expected. No shortwave fadeouts are
expected.
