[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 27 August - issued 0009UT/27-Aug-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 27 August.
The solar wind speed is expected to continue to stay at slightly to
moderately enhanced levels through the day. Global geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be quiet to active with slight possibility
of isolated minor storm periods if the CMEs of 23 and 24 August give
glancing blow(s). Mostly normal HF propagation conditions, with the
possibility of minor to mild MUF depressions, are expected with no
short-wave fadeouts.
