[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 22 August - issued 2311UT/21-Aug-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 22 August
with a chance of C-class flares. The solar wind speed is expected to
be light, possibly becoming moderate due to weak coronal hole effects.
Global geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet to unsettled.
Normal HF propagation conditions are expected with some possible mild
MUF depressions. No short wave fadeouts.
