[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 20 August - issued 2330UT/19-Aug-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 20 August. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light, possibly becoming moderate
due to weak coronal hole effects late in the period. Global
geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet; unsettled periods
possible with the arrival of the coronal hole. Normal HF propagation
conditions with occasional mild MUF depressions are expected. No short
wave fadeouts.
