[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 11 August - issued 2326UT/10-Aug-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 11 August. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light to slightly enhanced due to
weak coronal hole effects. Global geomagnetic conditions are expected
to be mostly quiet with a chance of isolated unsettled periods. Mostly
normal HF propagation conditions with no short wave fadeouts.
