[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 19 April - issued 2343UT/18-Apr-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low for UT day 19 April a chance
of C-class flares. The Earth is currently under the influence of the
elevated solar wind speed due to coronal hole effects. Similar solar
wind conditions are expected for 19 April. Geomagnetic conditions in
the Australian region are expected to be mostly quiet to unsettled
with a chance of isolated active periods. Mostly normal HF propagation
conditions are predicted with no short wave fadeouts.
