[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 13 April - issued 2330UT/12-Apr-2021

Very low solar activity is expected for UT day 13 April with a chance
of an isolated C-class flare. The solar wind speed is currently light
but may become slightly enhanced late today under the influence of a
weak coronal hole. Geomagnetic conditions are predicted to be quiet to
unsettled. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are predicted with
no short wave fadeouts.
