[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 10 April - issued 2329UT/09-Apr-2021

Very low solar activity is expected for UT day 10 April. The solar
wind speed is expected to become moderate today under the influence of
a recurrent coronal hole. Geomagnetic conditions are predicted to be
quiet at first, becoming unsettled with a chance of an isolated active
period. Normal to fair propagation conditions are predicted with no
short wave fadeouts.
