Very low solar activity is expected for today 4 April. Solar wind
parameters are likely to be mildly elevated today due to weak coronal
hole effects. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet to
unsettled due to anticipated arrival of the coronal hole effects.
Normal HF propagation conditions are expected for today.
